    Meet Our Trainer

    John Drury is an accomplished fitness trainer. 

    With a background in Human Performance and Wellness from Mesa State College, John is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as both a Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. In addition, John holds a certificate for TRX group training. 

    While well versed in all areas of health and nutrition, John has also struggled with maintaining that balance and recently lost 50 pounds after having fallen into some poor health habits. Because he’s walked in the shoes of his clients, he is dedicated to a deeper understanding of the kinds of obstacles that might thwart their goals.

    John is trained in all aspects of weight loss, corrective exercise or performance enhancement training. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals using nutrition, movement analysis, and weight training.

    Personal Training

    Our motivating instructors design training programs specifically to fit your physical capability and personality profile. Customized training programs are guaranteed to hold you accountable for your goals and focus on healthy weight loss and muscle building.

     

    Martial Arts

    Originating from its Korean and Japanese roots, our martial art courses offer a variety of techniques including karate and self-defense, among others. No matter your skill level, this course is sure to present both a mental and physical challenge.
